Our Step by Step Process

Irish Bride and Groom on bridge

1.

Find your soulmate.

Think about the atmosphere you want to create for your wedding: magical, unique, beautiful, different, contemplative, exciting, magical (all words used to describe our music)

2.

Listen to different groups and find the one that touches your hearts.

3.

Contact us to get more information, pick the best group for you and decide when you want us to play for you: prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, ceili dance

4.

I will send you a contract with all your details, via email. Please sign a copy and send it to me with a 20% deposit.

5.

I will email you within a week of receiving your contract and deposit to set up a meeting with you where I will help you choose your ceremony music. There’s no preparation needed on your part.

We’ll schedule the meeting to take place three months before your wedding date. (If you’d like to meet earlier than that just let me know.

Please note: If you have a special song you want us to play for your processional, please ask me right away so I can determine if it's workable on our instruments.

6.

We'll meet in person in Alexandria, Virginia or via Zoom or telephone. During our meeting we will select your ceremony music. You can choose from songs listed here, on my website or samples I’ll play for you at the meeting.

I'll help you select songs for each of the following:

The Grooms’ Parents Entrance; the Bride’s Mothers’ Entrance

The Bridal Party Processional

The Bride's Processional

Your Recessional

7.

I'll email you a list and recordings of the songs you've chosen (if I have recordings), within a week of our meeting.

8.

9.

Your balance is due 60 days before your wedding date. You’ll receive a notice with a link to make your payment.

On your wedding day we will be there playing the most beautiful Celtic music you can imagine.
